Do I have to come every day?
        No, but we do recommend that you workout on the program for 3-4 sessions per week for BEST results!
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and our coaches will ensure the workouts suit your fitness level.
Does it include nutritional guidance too?
Yes. We will provide you with a comprehensive guide from Marika Day (Accredited Practicing Dietitian) which will educate you on what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. Marika offers discounted personal consultations for SWEATCAMP girls who are looking for that next level of support.
